I was asked a few days ago by a friend, "How on earth do you do it?" (eat Gluten free with kids)
I said, "It's a lifestyle, before you know it you don't know any different."
My best advice is to EAT FRESH. Eat meat, veggies and fruit. THEN add snacks....

Bread: Enjoy Life Gluten Free Yeast free brown rice bread OR Enjoy Life gluten free yeast free multi seed bread, found at Whole Foods and Marlene's
UDI's gluten free bread is new and very good too....
Pancake mix: The Cravings Place pancake mix, it's everything free, just add water. I add a little oil too OR Trader Joe's gluten free pancake mix.
