Healthy Gluten Free Snacks!

Satsuma oranges
Grapes
Sliced apples with “dip:
-sunbutter with honey swirl
“Ants on a log” (celery, nutbutter and raisins)
Fruit “kabobs” (variety of fruit on a popsicle stick)
Fruit salad with honey drizzled on top
Veggie strips to dip (carrots, cucumber, bell peppers, zucchini)
-with hummus
-with ranch
Sliced Jicama
deli meat or cheese rolls (if you can do dairy)
Make your own trailmix, raisins, seeds, dried fruit
“Trash”-mix GF cereal, GF pretzels, popcorn, raisins, dried fruit, chocolate chips, etc…
GF Banana, zucchini or carrot bread
Organic corn chips with quacamole
Rice Crackers and cheese
Yogurt with GF granola to sprinkle in
Yogurt parfait with layers of granola and/or fruit in clear cup
Organic pumpkin pie mix mixed with applesauce and sliced bananas
Smoothies-can make into popsicle later!
Beans! Black, pinto, garbanzo, salad beans…good for fine motor skills!
