My current favorite from Whole Foods.
Udi's Gluten Free Foods Bread.... the closest thing to REAL bread! You can make a sandwich to take with you without toasting! It's REALLY good.
My second favorite is still the Multi Seed Bread from Food for Life, but it has to be toasted.
THE PURE PANTRY
Organic Buckwheat Flax Pancake and Baking Mix
Dairy, Gluten Soy, and Nut Free
I got it at Whole Foods.
I am also a fan of the Cravings Place, they are easy because you just add water. However, these Buckwheat pancakes were FLUFFY!
I like to add the tiny dairy free chocolate chips to make them a little more exciting! Just 5 or 6 of them makes quite the difference in a child's eyes!

I've made the Trader Joes GF brownies with different oils....vegetable oil, grapeseed oil, etc.... However, I wanted to share that last night I made them with coconut oil. They were AMAZING!
I also add about a 1/2 cup extra of water and I make them in muffin tins for the perfect shape!
I'll also add that they are only $2.99 for a bag! A deal for gluten free!

I was asked a few days ago by a friend, "How on earth do you do it?" (eat Gluten free with kids)
I said, "It's a lifestyle, before you know it you don't know any different."
My best advice is to EAT FRESH. Eat meat, veggies and fruit. THEN add snacks....
For snacks see my Gluten Free Snack ideas post
Bread: Enjoy Life Gluten Free Yeast free brown rice bread OR Enjoy Life gluten free yeast free multi seed bread, found at Whole Foods and Marlene's
UDI's gluten free bread is new and very good too....
Pancake mix: The Cravings Place pancake mix, it's everything free, just add water. I add a little oil too OR Trader Joe's gluten free pancake mix.
