My kids LOVE the Enjoy Life Snickerdoodle cookies too! Such a treat! And, we use the gf pretzels to "bread" chicken. My kids go crazy for what we call "pretzel chicken nuggets"!
Thanks for the other suggestions, I SO appreciate the ideas. Sometimes it is so hard to think outside the box.
