Gluten Free Banana Bread

This is the best recipe! Easy, quick, and free of egg, dairy and wheat!

1 C gluten free flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp xantham gum
1/4 tsp salt
3 medium bananas
1/4 canola oil
1/3 C agave nectar
1/3 C soy, hemp or rice milk
2 tsp vanilla

Bake at 350, oil pan. Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients, combine them. Bake 45 min and cool for 20 min.. This made a shallow loaf, so when I made the 2nd batch I made it in small loaf pans and that worked great! It took about 25-30 min to bake if you use a mini loaf pan.
